Baku, Fineko/abc.az. Insurance company A-Qroup has increased the capitalization sharply.
The State Securities Committee of Azerbaijan informs that on 2 April it registered the issue prospectus of insurer’s shares with ISIN-code AZ1007006054 – 7,750 shares with par value of AZN 1,033. They were converted from Company’s shares with ISIN-code AZ1006006055 -same 7,750 securities, but with par value of AZN 943.
As a result, A-Qroup’s share capital increased from AZN 7.308 million up to AZN 8.005 million.
